A limited pilot. Defined sources. Agreed commercial terms.

01 PUBLISHER SUPPLY

Distributed creator supply,
managed as a publisher network.

We are building a curated network of creators and community operators across video, streaming, and online communities. Our initial acquisition focus is established audiences on these channels, with each source evaluated against relevant offer requirements.

  • YouTube
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Telegram
  • Twitch
  • Gaming communities
  • Sports communities

02 HOW IT WORKS

One commercial relationship. Clearly identified sources.

  1. UPSTREAM PARTNER

    Advertiser /
    Affiliate Network

Defines offers, commercial conditions, and permitted traffic.

  2. PUBLISHER NETWORK

    Montay

Coordinates source review, offer eligibility, tracking requirements, and publisher operations.

  3. REVIEWED SOURCE

    Creator / Publisher

Chooses eligible offers and independently creates promotional content.

  4. END AUDIENCE

    Audience

Interacts with creator content and may complete qualifying actions.

Downstream promotion requires an appropriate upstream commercial agreement. Creators retain creative control within the agreed restrictions.

03 SOURCE CONTROL & COMPLIANCE

Every traffic source
has an identity.

The channel is the unit of review. Offer access is tied to each source and the partner’s requirements.

  1. 01

    Manual source review

Review channel ownership, content, audience, and suitability before enabling promotion.

  2. 02

    Source-level identification

Associate each participating channel or community with a publisher and source record.

  3. 03

    Controlled offer eligibility

Match offers to sources that meet agreed requirements, with additional approval where necessary.

  4. 04

    Partner-defined restrictions

Establish permitted channels, markets, promotional methods, disclosures, and exclusions.

  5. 05

    Individual source suspension

Restrict or disable an individual source when agreed requirements are not met.

04 TRACKING & TRANSPARENCY

Source-level tracking
and transparency.

Tracking and attribution requirements are agreed with each partner before launch. Our model uses identifiable publisher and source references to support source-level conversion attribution.

A traceable path to the source

Publisher ID
Identifies the publisher account
Source ID
Identifies the originating channel or community
Offer ID
Associates activity with the relevant offer
Conversion reference
Connects a reported conversion with tracked activity

Tracking parameters, supported identifiers, and reporting requirements are confirmed during partner onboarding.

05 PARTNERSHIP MODELS

Commercial terms,
defined together.

The model depends on each partner’s agreement. Conversion definitions, traffic restrictions, and settlement terms are agreed individually; attribution requirements are confirmed before launch.

CPA

A defined qualifying action

A fixed payout for a conversion that meets the agreed requirements and is approved.

RevShare

A share of eligible revenue

A percentage calculated on the agreed revenue basis, with exclusions and settlement terms defined.

Hybrid

Both, within one agreement

A fixed conversion payout combined with a revenue share under clearly specified conditions.

08 PARTNER QUESTIONS

Clear expectations.
Before the first click.

Practical answers for planning a partnership.

Discuss a pilot
Which traffic sources are in scope?

Our publisher acquisition focus is YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, Twitch, and gaming or sports communities. These categories define where we are building supply; source availability and permitted channels are confirmed for each pilot.

How are sources verified and reviewed?

Manual review covers channel ownership, content, audience, and suitability for relevant offers. Each participating source has its own publisher and source record. Evidence requirements are established during onboarding.

Can you pass publisher and source SubIDs?

Publisher and source identification are part of Montay’s attribution model. The exact parameters and integration requirements are confirmed with each upstream partner before a pilot begins.

Who defines offer restrictions and approvals?

The upstream partner defines permitted traffic and commercial requirements with Montay. Source review and offer access are separate: a reviewed source may require additional approval for a particular offer.

What publisher transparency should we expect?

We agree which source identities, publisher details, and traffic information are shared during onboarding. The partnership defines reporting scope and how information is exchanged.

How are traffic compliance issues handled?

Restrictions, review responsibilities, escalation contacts, and source suspension procedures are agreed before promotion begins. Issues are handled at source level against those requirements.

Which commercial models can we discuss?

CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid, depending on the partner agreement. Qualifying actions, revenue calculations, exclusions, approval rules, and settlement conditions are defined individually.

What does a controlled pilot involve?

Agree traffic requirements, select sources, validate tracking, and run a limited test. We evaluate the results together before considering broader cooperation. Scope and timing depend on source availability and partner readiness.
